I use methods such as Transactional Analysis, Brief Therapy, and Strategic Therapy to help clients make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, including the roles and dynamics that often keep people trapped in the Karpman Drama Triangle.
Sessions are tailored to the client, and I often assign small, practical exercises between meetings to ensure progress continues outside the session. The goal is not merely to talk about change, but to help clients create it.
